Larry Rolland, CFP®
Larry Rolland is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and currently carries Series 7, Series 66, Series 24 licenses with LPL Financial, as well as Indiana Life and Health Insurance license.
Larry joined the team at Community First Bank of Indiana in 2007 when he came on board to start the wealth management department, which is now known as Community First Investment Group. He earned a bachelor's degree from Wittenberg University and a master's degree from the University of Michigan. Throughout his twenty-two years as a financial advisor, his primary goal has been to help individuals and businesses pursue their goals and objectives. The part of his job he enjoys the most is the interaction and relationship with clients, many of whom are not only business clients but have also become friends.
He lives in Kokomo, IN with his wife, Irene Rolland, and has four children. In his spare time, Larry enjoys swimming, golfing, biking, reading, and playing the saxophone. Larry and Irene's favorite activity together is spending time with their children and grandson.
Nate Hasto, CPFA®
Nate Hasto, is a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor, CPFA® and carries his Series 6, 7, 26 ,63, 65 licenses with LPL Financial, as well as Indiana Life and Health Insurance License.
Nate is based in Westfield and provides a full range of financial services, including retirement and financial planning, individual money management, individual stocks and bonds, mutual funds, annuities and more. He is new to Community First Investment Group but is a finance industry veteran and started his career in 2014. Nate earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from SUNY Brockport in New York State and decided that utilizing his skills in communication could make a great impact in the financial industry shortly after graduating.
Nate is originally from Rochester, NY and currently lives in Westfield, Indiana with his fiancée, Allison. In his spare time Nate enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends.
Karen Munsey
Karen Munsey currently carries Series 7, Series 66 licenses, held with LPL Financial, as well as Indiana Life and Health Insurance license.
Karen has worked in the financial services industry for over thirty years. She joined the team at Community First Bank of Indiana in 2007 when she came on board to help Larry Rolland start the wealth management department, now known as Community First Investment Group. In her current position as Program Manager, Karen brings a wealth of administrative and leadership experience to help define the current and future direction and growth of the wealth management area.
She is a member of the Rotary Club of Kokomo, and she enjoys volunteering in the community and serving on internal committees. Karen grew up in Kokomo, Indiana and still lives in Kokomo with her husband Rich. Karen and Rich are members of Abundant Life Church, located in Kokomo.
When not at work, she enjoys spending her free time with her husband and adult children, Todd, Amber, Payton, Jenna, Toby and grandchildren Raelynn and Wrigley. She also enjoys traveling, playing tennis, crafts, shopping and reading.
Ben Harris
Ben joined Community First investment Group in June 2024, bringing a fresh perspective and strong commitment to helping clients pursue their financial goals. He earned his bachelor's degree in business finance and a master's in business administration from Indiana University Kokomo, while excelling as a student-athlete.
In his role as an Administrative Associate, Ben assists senior advisors with financial planning, investment strategies, and portfolio management.
Born and raised in Kokomo, Ben has deep roots in the community and is committed to its growth and success. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, hiking, and cheering on his favorite sports teams. Ben is engaged to his fiancé, Lexi, and together they are active members of the Crossroads Community Church.
Eleni Robinson
Eleni, a Kokomo local, began her journey in the financial industry as a part-time teller with Community First Bank of Indiana in July 2022. Her dedication and talent quickly earned her a permanent position at the Dixon location. By May 2023, Eleni embraced a new opportunity with Community First Investment Group as an Administrative Assistant, becoming an essential part of the team since the office opened.
Known for her ability to juggle multiple tasks and “professionally put out fires," Eleni brings a vibrant mix of organizational expertise and problem-solving skills to the team. Her commitment to excellence and proactive approach ensures smooth operations and effective administrative support for both clients and team members.
As a dedicated associate at Community First Investment Group, Eleni thrives on building meaningful connections with clients. She is passionate about understanding their unique needs and goals, ensuring every interaction is personalized and impactful. Her enthusiasm for client satisfaction drives her to go above and beyond, fostering long-lasting relationships that contribute to shared success.
Outside of work, Eleni enjoys listening to audiobooks, painting, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband, son, and dog. Together, they love going for walks and bike rides, watching “Dancing with the Stars,” and baking in their spare time.
